Why use a Mortgage Broker?
We take the confusion and hassle out of shopping around for a mortgage which is suited to your needs. Unless otherwise agreed with you there is no charge to you for our services. The lender pays Percentage Finance a commission on settlement of your loan and on an ongoing basis after settlement. The cost to you of the loan, with respect to interest rates or fees and charges, is no greater than if you had negotiated you loan directly with the lender.
