……We met David at the Spot Fair in March 2016. Our accountant had mentioned that if the need ever arise, to go to a mortgage broker. Well in early July, such an occasion came up. First phone call was to David at Percentage Finance. He was very knowledgeable on loans, understanding to our needs and very respectful. Being busy people, we could not make a weekday appointment, so to accommodate us, he saw us on a Sunday afternoon. Given that David is a family man, we really appreciated this. Great commitment indeed. He is very helpful and everything is explained, and nothing was too much trouble. Well, six weeks later, congratulations to Erle and Toni, investment property owners. David is the reason for such a smooth transaction, and if the need was to ever come up again, we would have no hesitation in putting David Castelletti from Percentage Finance first on the to do list, and it would be our pleasure to highly recommend David……
