We learnt fairly quickly that browsing apartments was only the tip of the iceberg in what often felt like an overwhelming exercise. Having someone like David to work with us on the finance side of things was like having a huge weight removed from our shoulders, allowing my partner and I to focus on other parts of the process.
David provided us with options for financing using different rate packages and different banks, taking often confusing information and turning it into easy-to-understand calculations showing us what we could afford and updating these with each property we were interested in pursuing.
Timing is often critical when preparing for Auction, and David’s close working relationships with banks, independent property valuers and other suppliers meant that we never had to skip any steps leading up to auction day, and could bid confidently to our discussed limits without taking potentially expensive risks.
We’re ecstatic that we finally go there in the end, and if one day we’re lucky enough to be in a position to purchase again, we would not do it without using David’s expertise. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
